You will have heard me harp on about my love for the Parisian style, through my obsession of Breton stripes to the floppy hats. I just find that it is such an effortlessly chic look. Through my collaboration with George at Asda it seemed silly to pass up the chance to style the ”Oui Oui” slogan sweater that is available on site & in store. I spent a while thinking what can I do to make this stand out a little more, should I pair it with jeans and go for a more casual approach or do I dress it up. I went for the latter. I love jumpers & sweaters of all shapes and sizes but sometimes it is a hard job to make them look a little bit more sophisticated (that is, unless you are Olivia Palermo & can rock a cashmere sweater on your wedding day!)
I paired it with this super cute pleated, pale pink skirt and some gorgeous courts. I adore these styles of skirts. Not only are they pretty, they are extremely elegant & make you feel like a proper little ”lady.” I seem to be purchasing them in bucket loads at the moment in preparation for these glorious, sunny days we are being promised. Apparently, we are set for a scorcher of a Summer. I for one, am ecstatic.
Mr C & I are trying to plan our holidays this year and we seem to be coming unstuck. We are hoping to get away over Easter so I want to make sure I have plenty of gorgeous outfits to wear for when we eventually set off on a little jaunt, be in in the UK or abroad. Get me two first class tickets to Paris please!
How would you have styled this slogan sweater? Have you any wonderful suggestions where we could head on our little trip? Let me know!
