Is it just me, but when you put on a killer pair of heeled boots, a long line coat, a little clutch you suddenly feel ALL THE SASS?! Just me? Either way this outfit was a sure-fire hit to make me feel really good about myself. And hello Mulberry clutch. This was gifted to me by my boss and you should have seen my little face when she handed it over to me. My eyes almost had to fight back the tiny puddles of water that were forming in my tearducts. And the award for best boss award goes too…
I know 100% that this jumper is gonna come with me for Amsterdam because it’s so darned warm and the roll neck just makes it even cosier. I love how it can be dressed up or down, either way it looks good and what winter is without a roll neck jumper? A pretty rubbish one!
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the bag… “ahhhhhhh.” Now can we just take a moment to appreciate the shoes… “oooooh.” I’ve been searching high and low for a pair of pointed Chelsea boots for some time, never really commiting myself as there were so many to choose from on the world wide web. Then a little parcel arrive on my door from Online Avenue via etailPR and all my prayers had been answered in the form of some gold heeled, pointed boots. To say they fit like a glove would be an absolute understatement. They are a dream to wear and can’t wait to wear them to ALL THE EVENTS now. They’ll never be off my feet I can just tell.
You may (or may not have) noticed my wardrobe palette is really neutral at the moment. I’ve been trying to keep everything simple, with blacks, navy’s, browns, whites and creams. That way, I can pair so many things together without wearing the same outfit! It makes life so much more simpler and having a capsule wardrobe will stand the test of time.
I completed the look with my classic, long coat from Bon Marche and truth be told I feel so bad-ass when I wear it. I just want to flick around and swirl & twirl in it. Stupid, I know, but you’d do the same (I’m sure?) It’s the perfect coat when you are baring your legs on a night out too. It’s just brings all the sass & class in to one, making me totally bad-ass. You know the one ”Classy, Sassy & a little bit bad-assy!” – YEP, that’s me. Or should I say that’s how I’ve been feeling since my nomination for ”Best Fashion Blog” in the Blogger Lounge Blog Awards and Navibi’s Curvy Blog Awards.
