I want to completely overhaul my bedroom at the moment. Scratch that, I want to overhaul my whole house. With the likes of pinterest I am constantly lusting after aesthetically pleasing, minimalistic, black and white living. I decided that I need to start creating a little bit inspiration for myself and where better to do that, than on my blog. Am I right? I adore the muted tones of grey and whilst a rather dull colour it can lift the starkness of a white room. I think I would maybe I’d add a pop of colour to break it up too!
I want to create a little budoir that I feel peaceful in. So of course, a scented Jo Malone candle screams luxurious bedroom, yah-ha! Slip on a comfy pair of slippers and lay back snuggled up in a House of Fraser throw watching the day go by (god, I’m in heaven rn.) I adore this bedside table too from Habitat. It is only £38 and I love the contract between the white table top and exposed, wooden legs. I recently created a post on how to spend your August Bank Holiday for Habitat (you can read it here! PLUG!) & I think from this post I’ve worked it out!
If you could re-create your bedroom again, how would you do it? I’ve picked out some really cute finds for my little sanctuary of heaven from all over the web and I hope you enjoy!
What do you do to make sure you are living your life to the fullest? I’d love to hear your hints and tips!
