Prints & Patterns Wishlist with Bon Marche| QueenBeady

I’d made a pact with myself last year that I would wear more black. It sounds morbid I know but I was desperately in need of some structure and classic pieces in my wardrobe that would stand the test of time. With Spring on our doorstep I am thinking I need to take a few steps back with this little ‘’mini-resolution’’ with myself because to me the brighter nights and the sunshine-y days require a much more vibrant palette, that and bold prints.
I have been scouring Bon Marche’s website for some exciting patterns that I know will work wonders for my closet and spruce up some dull outfits!
For me I love a structured pair of trousers, but I also enjoy comfort too. So when I saw these I was on to a winner. The pattern is lush and it’s not too garish as it incorporate a navy colour in and amongst the pastel flowers. These are a firm favourite!
Festival season is slowly encroaching, although we have already been drooling over Coachella’s first weekend event and quite frankly drooling over the festival fashion. From Kendall Jenner to Rosie H-W, all us UK girls who love music and equally love fashion want to be there. A kimono is a must, especially for when the days get a little cooler here! This would be a perfect addition to my festival wardrobe!
Okay, so it’s not exactly a print as such but I love the small dusting of sparkle on this black top. It’s slightly AW14 and that is why it is in the sale for £12 (I’m guessing?) but I think sometimes it’s great to stock up on these basics out of season so you are ready to pull them out next season! A little tip that can save you £$£$£$.
Yes, the bag is plain I know. But hear me out, you see that scarf attached to it? Yes. Well that is how you can jazz up any bag. Add a colourful, bright scarf and it instantly re-invents your shoulder candy! The bag includes the scarf, and there are many more versions with even bolder prints!
Do you like my picks? How do you brighten up your wardrobe in time for the Spring/Summer season?
