Spring Nudes

MANGO pink shift dress | Pumps |  Clutch* | Whistle Bango hinged bracelet | Essie nail polish

”Nude” doesn’t have to be boring. To me it’s one of the sexiest colours you could possibly rock, with the striking resemblance to almost naked skin, Nudes provide a little bit of class and elegance amongst proceedings. As it starts to enter the warmer months more invites start dropping on our doorstep for weddings and christenings and it’s a constant battle to find the ”perfect” outfit. I head straight to Polyvore for my inspiration and it never disappoints. This simple nude shift dress can be jazzed up by adding this fab clutch from Jones the Bootmaker* with gorgeous bead detailing, they also have some gorgeous alternative sandals if you want to make the outfit a little more casual.

For me, Spring fashion is all about keeping things simple and fresh. It’s time to start reintroducing a bit of colour but I think by gradually adding nude tones to your outfit doesn’t go too OTT! If you follow my instagram account here you’ll know I am a massive fan of a gellish mani from time to time, but as budget’s are a little tighter this month after our trip to Budapest it ‘s back to the home manicure. Essie are a great polish range that has a long lasting finish and I just love this colours.

Are you a fan of nude clothes? How do you jazz your outfit up when going for softer, subtles shades?
