LUXURY MOTHER’S DAY GIFT & IDEAS GUIDE | QUEENBEADY
March 21, 2017
Mother’s Day is less than a week away and we all know that time is ticking to make your final preparations to make your Mum feel amazing on the day that is dedicated to her. I personally feel like we should celebrate Mum’s all year round (especially mine!) but isn’t it just nice to spoil her every once in a while? I’ve got some last minute gift ideas that might help you decide what to get her.
1. Breakfast in Bed
The idea of breakfast in bed is a lush thought. And I’m sure Mother’s all round the world would be super pleased if this The White Company breakfast tray landed on their bed this Sunday morning. My fave breakfast would be whipping up some eggs benedict and some orange juice for good measure. Who doesn’t like feeling waited on hand & foot?
2. Bonding Night If funds are little it low why not grab some treats, a bottle of prosecco and wrap up in this cute Rooi blanket together. Bring out all your old photos to relive the memories of years gone by. I know it’s one of my Mum’s favourite things to do (and mine!) It’s time to laugh about the awful fashion from the 90’s and crazy hair do’s, but to also remember them fondly. What better way to bond over the years you’ve spent together!
3. Head to the Cinema & Grab a bite to eat With Beauty & the Beast (FYI it’s beautiful!) at the cinema at the moment, now is a great time to head to one of the Everyman Cinema’s. Not only that, grab one of their pizza’s in their in house restaurant. I mean, who doesn’t like a glass of bubbly whilst they watch a film?
4. A little bit of luxury with Jo Malone
What says luxury more than Jo Malone? With gorgeous sleek bottles, beautiful packaging and of course, their signature scents like Pomegranate Noir. Most Mum’s will squeal with delight if a Jo Malone bag is place in front of them. My fave has to be the Wood Sage & Sea Salt, it’s a fresh scent that can take you through each season and isn’t too heavy!
5. A gorgeous bunch of Flowers I don’t know about you but I love having fresh flowers in the home. So there’s probably no doubt that your Mum will too. I love supporting local florists and it’s a great time to give back to your local community. Kate Mellin Boston Spa is a beautiful, modern yet country-like floristry that answers my prayers when I need a quick bunch of flowers to send! Also, why not try something a little different and try out your own Floristry Course together?
