I absolutely ADORE the Caribbean. I really think I’ve caught the bug with various trips to Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Mexico under my belt and it shows no stopping with my desire to keep exploring this part of the world. There’s so many reasons to love it, the weather is just stunning (bar a few midday rain and thunderstorms), the people are incredibly friendly, the food is to die for and those beaches are picture postcard perfect!

Okay, we might be trying to escape the gloomy weather but my wanderlust can’t always be cured with sunny destinations as I do love myself a bit of Scandanavia! (That’s not to say the sun doesn’t shine here in the summer months!)

I’ve only ever visited Dubai on a whistle stop tour on a FAM trip with my travel job a few years ago, so it would be nice to head back and see a bit more because I don’t think we were based in the right area to experience Dubai to the best of it’s ability.
I’ll be honest though, the places that have always really intrigued me and have for many years are Thailand & Vietnam. As a huge lover of Thai cuisine I’d love to head there and experience a more authentic way of life and taste their yummy food too. Get me to those gorgeous, secluded beaches for a day of sunbathing, plus the temples are a must-do excursion as they are so pretty & ornate.
